Our Team

As the Communications Coordinator and Design Specialist, Kate creates and designs innovative marketing materials, and artistically enhances program materials for electronic and print media. Her responsibilities at the Center include creating illustrations, branding, social media posts, newsletters, web design, animation, video editing, film, equipment management and photography. A graduate of Saint Vincent College, she holds a B.A. in both Graphic Design, and Communications – Public Relations and Advertising. She has gained a wide range of design experience through her schooling and past internships such as the UPMC Summer Associates Program for Creative Services. In her spare time Kate enjoys going to the movies and trying out new restaurants in town. She loves hamburgers and even has her own hamburger blog!
